• Assisting in coordination of bid evaluation processes • Assisting in contacting potential Suppliers for RFQs • Maintaining registers and log all contractual and commercial correspondence. • Tracking of contract details as per expiry dates, contracts amounts, conditions fulfillment, сommitted value and work progress. • Issuing Service and Change Orders, ITC (Instruction to Contractors). • Signing and checking daily timesheets as per Contract terms and conditions • Working with ARIBA program. • Issuing Change Orders for personnel in Tengiz for PFU Project. Bodyshop database. • Entering all Change Orders into ARIBA program. • Checking and processing reports from Contractors as per Contract terms and conditions. • Liaise with Construction Group to get actual data on work at site. • Verification of data from Contractors on the database of Completion Department.

• Daily administration of the project contracts ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions • Review and monitor Company Instructions to ensure compliance with Clients procedures and contract terms and conditions. • Prepare project progress payment applications to Client’s review and approval for issuing payment certificate • Assisting in coordination of bid evaluation processes • Maintaining registers and log all contractual and commercial correspondence • Preparation and agreement of contract final accounts and issuing sales invoices • Tracking of contract details as expiry dates, contracts amounts, discounts, lump sum, expiry dates of insurances etc • Reporting to Project Managers, Site Supervisors if there is any inaccuracy and non-compliances with Company & Clients procedures and assisting with proper actions required. • Quarterly reports, VOWD, Preliminary, Cost & Calculations monthly reports preparation for Client • Variation order proposals for materials purchasing • Recharge Payments of LARA (compensation for health hazard in Project) • Maintain accurate record keeping and up to date files of Contracts, amendments, correspondence and all other documentation.

 Responsible for the accounting activity of the following projects  Working with the Contracts, cross check of the costs for making recharges  Preparation of the monthly cost reports of material purchasing, accommodation & meal expenses, compensation of transport expenses, PPE, spare parts, trainings and other expenses  Visits at site, liaise with Transport Coordinator to ensure that all transport expenses are correct, collection of monthly scaffolding & fire proofing reports, verification of reports from site as per signed backups by parties for costs accuracy  Preparation and processing of the sale invoices  Follow up of the payments from Clients on weekly basis
