I perform the duties of a Project Manager (PPS) and Acting Operations Manager in a company providing service solutions for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. My role includes managing projects, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and optimizing resource allocation. I am responsible for project planning and execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Managing teams and resources, supervise personnel deployment, and ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials. I maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders, provide project updates, and address any operational challenges. In my operational role, I oversee offshore/onshore projects, as chemical cleaning, amine reclamation and fluid filtration, hose management, industrial cleaning, catalyst handling, decontamination, cooling solutions, tanks cleaning and other such kind activities during shutdowns and routine operation. Managing logistics and supply chain coordination, including chemical deliveries and equipment mobilization. Coordinating Operations Base activities, like maintenance of the equipment, warehouse management, chemicals storage, lifting operations, PTW arrangements, testing and calibration. I ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Additionally, I am responsible for cost control, reporting, emergency response, and problem-solving to minimize operational risks and disruptions. I oversee multiple teams, manage accommodation and logistics, and lead mobilization and demobilization planning for major shutdowns. I also make key decisions on employment, training, and personnel development to ensure project success.

In my previous role as a Project Coordinator, I was responsible for supporting project execution by assisting in planning, coordination, and communication between teams. My key responsibilities included: ✔ Project Support & Documentation Assisted in developing project schedules, reports, and documentation. As a Project Engineer, my role focused on technical support, execution assistance, and process optimization within projects. My key responsibilities included: ✔ Technical Support & Execution Assisted in the technical planning and execution of projects. Reviewed engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements. Supported field operations by coordinating technical aspects of the work. ✔ Site Supervision & Quality Control Monitored construction, maintenance, or decontamination activities to ensure compliance with project specifications. Assisted in resolving technical issues arising during execution. ✔ Coordination & Documentation Provided technical input for project reports, schedules, and documentation. Assisted in material and equipment selection based on engineering requirements. ✔ HSE & Compliance Assistance Ensured adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in field operations. Assisted in risk assessments and safety procedures. ✔ Support in Procurement & Logistics Assisted in sourcing and inspecting project materials. Coordinated with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary equipment.

Coordinate the Quality Control functions, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Ensures the availability of quality record documents. Prepare, check and approve all procedure by QA/QC Department as per project design and requirements. Assesse the implementation of the ITP at client. Ensures no inspections or FAT's are missed from ITP's. Allocate Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity. So that the personnel can be mobilized. Collect all the reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. Ensures that all sites are carried out according to the reference documentation. Reports daily / weekly to project quality manager. Informs the Project Quality Manager of any deviation. Ensures that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.

Review the piping drawings (P&ID, Isometrics, Support Details, Orientation Drawings & Vendor Drawings, Welding map). Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes. Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures. Environmental conditions must meet the requirements specified in the relevant standards and technical documentation for specific types of work. Jobsite contacts are with jobsite personnel including Superintendents and subcontractors related to Piping Field Engineering and the customer's resident engineering and operating personnel to coordinate Piping activities. Providing and solutions for the field Problems or changes (clashing mismatching lack of material item). Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards. Verification of process equipment and tooling and a usable condition. Control devices must be certified in the prescribed manner and have the appropriate stamp.

Working with QA/QC team. Control for the welding, painting/coating, piping and incoming of materials as per Project Requirements and RoK/International Codes. Preparation of the all QA/QC documents (RFI, reports, act's, checklists). Preparation and submission all support documentation (Test Packages, Acts of Quality control for welding joints, Spool Packages) to Client.
