Provided environmental technical expertise to assure ESHIA requirements and IFC Performance Standards adherence by the $40B Chevron Major Capital Project FGP-WPMP. Managed three Business Partners. Interacted and presented ELC technical services aspects and achievements to the international Lenders during the annual Lenders’ audits. Provided technical consultation to the workforce, five project teams and leadership on environmental matters such as biodiversity, cultural heritage, water conservation, land reinstatement and restoration. Coordinated Project soil management including Project soil balance maintenance. Managed the ornithological contractor performing bird surveying activities at the Project facilities during nesting/migration season. Coordinated the Sociable Lapwing Conservation Project in Central Kazakhstan to offset natural habitat loss caused by the Project footprint. Planned and implemented a restoration monitoring of the areas impacted by the Project activities.

Managed a team of ten 3GP contractors to implement and manage environmental compliance programs for company's major expansion in Tengiz Field – the integrated Future Growth Project - Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP). Worked closely with FGP Core Environmental Team, 3GP HES/Construction team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that worksite is in compliance with IFC Performance standards and RoK Environmental regulations. Reviewed Contractor HES/ELC management plans, procedures, methods statements, environmental risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses against ELC Management System compliance assurance tools and KPIs. Developed, implemented, and managed an ELC Management System that resulted in the successful completion of external Lender’s Audit in 2018-2022. Motivated and guided three contractors (MSS, Sarens, NSS) to win the most prestigious ELC Green Flag Award for high ELC performance in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Developed, implemented, and managed an Environmental, Labor and Community Management System (ELC MS) according to IFC Performance Standards. Provided mitigation and control measures for identified ELC related risks and maintain regular and effective liaison with all levels of management in the Project team and Client (TCO). Coordinated the work of contractors responsible for industrial environmental control, waste management, land reclamation, wastewater treatment, archaeological surveying. Obtained the emission permit, special water use licenses and other permitting documents required for the construction activity. Developed and implemented an effective ELC training, including inductions and toolbox talk.

Provided environmental technical assistance and advise to KCOI Project management team,. Maintained all environmental records required by NCOC, KCOI and ISO 14001 Management Systems. Performed regular inspections to ensure compliance with the Project Plans, including recommendations for corrective/preventive actions. Provided guidance, induction and training to all KCOI site staff with respect to Project environment related aspects. Implemented the environment related plans, procedures.

Specialized in wastewater and waste management. Supported the wastewater and waste treatment facilities operators and project teams. Performed regular site inspections, including recommendations for corrective/preventive actions Supported T/A at KTL Plant on behalf of environmental team. Prepared and submitted environmental wastewater reports in compliance with RoK and Chevron requirements Provided support to FGP-WPMP with environmental planning and permitting efforts across water/wastewater.

Managed and coordinated audit planning including desktop review of documents, confirming the scope, assessment team requirements and timing for the site visits. Conducted initial, certification, surveillance, certificate renewal audits of companies’ management systems on compliance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 for more than 20 organizations.

Provided consuting services to a range of clients across a range of industries to develop and implement of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Performed tests to analyze product (caustic soda, sulfuric acid) and process data and adjusted process parameters to optimize results.
